And finally the D-Day came!

It started with melodious singing by The SCOAN Choristers, resplendent in red with splashes of white – as if hinting of the advent of Christmas. They reached into their rich repertoire of soul-lifting songs, some of them composed by God’s spectacularly anointed servant Prophet TB Joshua. Of course, they were preceded by members of the younger generation of worshippers, as Esther of The SCOAN Sunday School ministered with the support of a highly-skilled orchestra – all for the glory of the Lord!

The day was Sunday, December 3, 2023 – set aside for The Second SCOAN Thanksgiving Service.

In James 2:15-16, the following observation is made, “If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, ‘Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,’ but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit?” James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, then declares without mincing words in verse 17: “Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.”

Throughout the earthly days of God’s servant Prophet TB Joshua, the above humanistic philosophy – founded on genuine love for others – undergirded the doctrine of The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (The SCOAN). And today, under the leadership of Pastor Evelyn Joshua, The SCOAN continues in its mission of changing lives, changing nations and changing the world through preaching the message of salvation and offering charity to those who need it most.

It was another colourful, exciting and impactful SCOAN Candlelight Service on December 31, 2023. Earlier in the day, the people had gathered for the last Sunday Service of the year and God Almighty had granted their petitions. However, because better is never good enough and the best is always yet to come, congregants returned to The Arena Of Liberty for the crossover service with the Woman In The Synagogue, Pastor Evelyn Joshua.
As is the tradition, The SCOAN Choristers sang from the depths of their soul, moving from worship to praise as the Spirit led – and getting the people to dance for the Lord, especially in the light of the awesome testimonies shared by those who had received miracles. Indeed, congregants were more than happy to hearken to God’s Word in Psalm 95:1: “Oh come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.”

With many songs of worship and praise on their lips, and assured that they would always sail through despite the raging storms in the sea of life, congregants gathered in The SCOAN for the Sunday Service of February 25, 2024. “Thank You, Thank you, Lord!” they sang – their response from happy hearts. Then they asked for comfort from the Holy Spirit while bringing their Refuge – the covenant-keeping God – a worthy sacrifice.

Evangelist Jemila gave the day’s sermon, entitled “A New Name, A New Direction”. Among her readings were Isaiah 62:2, 1 Chronicles 4:9-10, 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 and Mark 8:34-35. This being the Year Of A New Name for God’s people, Evangelist Jemila spoke to them about the need to take a new approach to the New Year so that they can get the best that God has for them. She said, “This year 2024, your old approach to life cannot help you to claim, build and maintain your New Name in the Lord.” She explained that an “uncommon year comes with uncommon blessings” and “uncommon blessings always come with uncommon challenges.”

Daring the bright yet gentle sunshine of the City Under the Sun, Nairobi, thousands trooped into the Kasarani Moi International Stadium on October 14, 2023. With faith in their hearts and a readiness to pray without ceasing, the people assembled for ministration of the Word in the power of the Holy Spirit.

The day’s events opened with a prayer by Prophet Andrew Omondi, followed by a welcome address by Dr. Ekrah Ndungu. As good Christians, congregants then recited the national anthem of Kenya and that of the East African Community (EAC).

And the God of Prophet TB Joshua showed Himself mightily again!

The occasion was The Crusade In Kenya With Pastor Evelyn Joshua. The venue was the Kasarani Moi International Stadium, located on the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya. For two days, this stadium hosted thousands from across the world who had come to seek God’s face. There were incredible manifestations of divine power as the Godhead – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit – worked through the faculties of the leader of The SCOAN, Pastor Evelyn Joshua.

Indeed, it was a day of great expectations for all who were seeking to be impacted by the Giver of life, the Giver of healing, the Giver of blessings, the Giver of salvation, and the Giver of peace that passes all understanding. And because they approached the Throne Of Grace with hearts full of humility and faith, everyone had a share of the bountiful harvest from which the Lord had set a table before them!

On Friday, July 28, 2023, the unfathomable raw power of God manifested yet again in The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations. The momentous event was The Living Water Service – the second such service under the superintendence of Pastor Evelyn Joshua. In their thousands, people converged on The Arena Of Liberty to present their supplications to the Son Of David, Who always shows mercy and compassion to those who come before Him in humility and acknowledgement of their unworthiness.

As God’s General, Prophet TB Joshua, constantly reminded the people, God can use any medium to express His power and the Living Water is one such medium. The man of God had taught the people to approach The Altar Of Prayer with these words on their lips: “Son Of David, have mercy on me. Let Your mercy and favour speak for me.” And without fail, those who make these requests end up witnessing significant transformation of their lives – in terms of their health, finances, family, business, career, etc.

Expectedly, Day 2 of The Crusade In Spain With Pastor Evelyn Joshua began with praise and worship. Shortly before Pastor Elena Mieles and Pastor Sonia Blanco declared the events open and Pastor Jorge Valdez said the opening prayer, there was a rendition in Spanish entitled “Mi Amado”. After Pastor Roxana Coluche greeted congregants from all over the world, the worship session continued with The SCOAN Choir and the Spanish choristers. They sang, “Citizens Of Heaven/Let Us Rejoice And Be Glad!” They further sang: “You Are Worthy To Be Praised, O Lord!” There were also songs such as “Calm Every Storm”, “My Soul Says Yes!” and “Rain Your Power”. Spanish gospel artiste Miguel Angel equally gave two special numbers, “Salmo 108” and “Te Adoro”. In no time, the auditorium was saturated by a divine aura.
